Oh I can't believe I didn't buy it any sooner ! I was very doubtful about it , but since pain was constant I thought it won't harm to try it. So today after a lot of walking ( more than my usual every day) carrying some stuff around the garden , and generally all day no time to rest , after taking it off , I have no pain!I am usually size 8-10, now pregnant 7 months and got size L.

I was intially happy with my purchase but after three months of use the velcro no longer works - I recommend buying more expensive versions of these pregnancy.Sizing comes up very small - luckily i brought a medium so wasn't too bad but as I am having twins I don't think it would of lasted past 30 weeks.I also brought babygo bump support - it's worth the extra money you invest.

Bought this for my wife and she’s been using it since the 18th week of her pregnancy. Mainly for runs and long walks. It’s give good supports and does the job although the quality of the elastic could be a bit better. Not sure if it will last until the end of the pregnancy but for the price it’s worth it.

I wouldnt say it was a good comfortable fit for me. Maybe it was the sizing i ordered large! It just kept folding at the back. If you want it to fit comfortably id recommend getting the next size up. Especially if you're using it whilst pregnant!

I am suffering from pelvic girdle syndrome and I've literally had this on for 3 hours and no pain! I am very thankful as was sceptical when I first tried it. Little bit tricky to put on but worth the struggle!

Helped me with spd pressure when walking.I was advised to purchase this belt while struggling in pregnancy and although it isnt comfortable to wear all the time it really helps when I'm walking to the shops, doing the school run or stood for a period of time like cooking a meal at home

This did help but not the most comfortable thing to wear little itchy maybe go a size down

Bought for my daughter because she had a bad back during her pregnancy she says it helps
