The wireless card isn’t detected or picked up at all, but Bluetooth works fine, windows doesn’t seem to pick up the WiFi portion?

Did you make sure to install the drivers qnd also check in device manager. Maybe remove it and plug it back into the motherboard.

Any idea what the average power consumption of this card? Watts?

I'm using a watt meter in my system. When the bluetooth/wifi is off I save about 2-4 Watts of power. It's very small usage.
