Avoid. Great in theory, but company doesn’t stand by product.
I wanted to love this product, because the design is nice and it functions well, but it developed a crack in the plastic of the case without ever being dropped or removed from the phone. I unfortunately didn’t notice until 4 days past the 30 day return period. I emailed the seller asking for an exchange or replacement, and they replied that I am ineligible for a replacement as my item is outside the return period. I had hoped they would stand by their product but they demonstrated that know it’s made cheaply and that they can’t afford good customer service. Oh well, lesson learned.Avoid Grip2u. As much as I wanted to love this product, I can’t afford to pay $25 per month for something so flimsy. I’m going back to my SpeckProducts case, which is built like a tank.

This is not a Loopy, but it charges and holds well when walking or jogging
I came from a Loopy case, but with the new iPhone 11 and its wireless charging, a loopy is a no go. I found this case and thought it should work just the same plus I will be able to use it with my charging pad. It charges great, but the loop is real pain. It is so tight on the case you have to use both hands to get it on your fingers, then once it is on, it stays so tight to your fingers it is really difficult to maneuver around on your screen one handed. It does hold well when walking or jogging, it is just not made for one handed use, which I really got use to with my Loopy case. It could stand to have a higher lip around the face. I do have a few scratches on my phone because the lip is just barely there.

The Grip Works
I would HATE to drop my rather expensive iPhone 11 Pro Max, especially since I'm only leasing it! The Grip on the Grip2u works perfectly. The case is a little rigid, but fits the phone well and the buttons work smoothly, better than those on my wife's Otterbox. Very satisfied.

Love the idea, not durable enough
I love this case because it can charge on a wireless charger with it on. I have to take pictures of people with my phone while I'm on a horse, so it is great to have the strap and it is thin enough to get in and out of my pocket or fanny pack while I'm on a horse. But I've already cracked one corner and sheen on the color of it is chipping off all around the edges.
