My big, sweet tabby Antonio sheds like a beast! But other brushes I tried were too harsh. He gave them a chance, but he would run away after a minute. Antonio LOVES this brush though! It's solidly made. Push the button and the hair pops right into the trash can. Benefits: 1) he looks and feels better with all that loose hair gone, 2) I don't have nearly as much hair on me after his daily cuddles, and 3) it provides another bonding experience. He's always been a cuddler, but now he enjoys being brushed too. After a couple minutes he even gets up and turns around so I can brush his other side.

I had such high hopes for this brush after reading all those positive reviews. Unfortunately, the brush didn’t get any hair after using it for 10 min. Our kitty loves it though as you can see on the video. She’s never so calm when we try to brush her. But we need something that does the job which this brush doesn’t. Our cat has double fur so she needs a lot of brushing or there’s hair everywhere. Will be returning this brush.

I wanted to like this brush, but it's really awkward. You have to push the button the entire time you are grooming to keep the bristles "out" for use, and then when you take your finger off, the brush parts retract and the hair comes off the flat part. I liked the idea, but found a different one on amazon where you push the button to clean at the end instead of having to hold it in place like this brush. It's too hard to brush overall so I am glad I found a better replacement.

My sister's cat can't get enough of this brush. She loves being brushed with this. She just rolls around from one side to the other and even lets me brush her belly! It takes a ton of hair off which means less furballs so that is an added benefit. 😁

This brush is too rough for use. I tried using it on one of my cats who isn't the biggest fan of getting brushed. He freaked out a lot worse than usual and tried to bite me. Thinking it was just a bad day for him, I tried it out on my dog who is very brave and doesn't complain much. She winced as I tried brushing her and actual pulled away from me. That was when I tried running it down my arm and it was extremely rough. I immediately threw it away. I do not recommend this brush.
