Trimaco SuperTuff 6 oz Thick Utility Weight Canvas Drop Cloth, 9-feet x 12-feet

I purchased a total of three of these "6 oz. thick utility cloths" and was extremely disappointed in the lack of quality especially in the 9' x 12' size. I own several painters drop cloths which are all constructed of a tight weave cotton canvas so that paint or any other fluid does not penetrate through and damage the floors underneath. The picture on the left shows how the weave is extremely loose and will do nothing to protect whatever it is covering. Besides being the incorrect fabric it is also a burlap sort of color. I could care less about the color but just wanted people to be aware. The second picture depicts the exact same manufacturers cloth in a 4' x 12' size which was purchased on the exact same day. No comparison. The smaller cloth to the right in the picture is the proper weave and although not the best of quality, it will serve its purpose. Buyer beware of what size you purchase and what type of fabric they will send.

It was exactly what I expected. It's a drop cloth used for covering your floors or furniture etc. to protect it from paint spatters/overspray. There are too many people giving poor ratings because the color of the material varies between individual cloths. These are not curtains! They are not meant to be used for home décor, they are to protect your décor! If you are looking for drop cloths theses are great! If you want curtains buy curtains!

I purchased two. One had the seam running top to bottom. The other seam ran side to side. Not exactly a match for curtain making.

I ordered 3 canvas drop cloths for DIY decorations and the largest one (9x12) is a poly blend and not cotton canvas. I checked descriptions, reviews and packaging- all said cotton. What I got is a thin waterproofed material with frayed hems and a seam down the middle- nothing like what I ordered. I gave 3 stars because the other 2 canvases (runner 6 oz size) were exactly what I was after. I'm not sure if I got a fluke canvas or what but I won't be ordering another to find out and waste my money. At the end of the day, they are drop cloths so I imagine will work just fine for that, I was just personally disappointed for what I was after.

I ordered these to use for curtains. They are strong and durable and I like the color. My only complaint is that they do have have seam down the middle. Based on the description I was expecting one solid piece.

Very disappointed! These are only hemmed on two sides. the other two are frayed with no hem. I've purchased many canvas drop cloths for similar prices that were a lot better quality.

This drop cloth smelled so awful that no one could stand to be in a room with it. Trying to wash it with bleach, soap and vinegar. If that doesn’t work it’s going back.

Super awesome. Thin and hangs well, and looks real good. Purchased it for an outdoor space, I wanted a wall and used this canvas.

The weight and colour were great and exactly what I wanted BUT it came with a stupid seam down the middle of it which rendered it useless for my project! If it had a least been centered I may have been able to make it work.

I thought the purpose of drop sheets were to protect the floor from paint splatters? Sadly wherever we dropped driblets onto the drop sheet, it leaked through! Thankfully I noticed it quickly, but YIKES! I gave it two stars because its at least a good price? Just wanted to send out a warning!

Complete junk canvas rips just from sneezing on it! More see through then a wet t-shirt! Was a total waste of money and should of just bought one at home depot for same price.

I used as curtains in my bedroom to cover closet! Looks great and worked out so well, exactly what l wanted!

Product was great with the exception that it is advertised as 8oz but I did not notice on the packaging it says 6oz. Used in making waxed canvas bags.
