Every thing the listing claimed about this product turned out to be legitimate. I opened case of the controller and the battery is a 2200 milliamp single cell lithium polymer cell. The temperature of the light can be adjusted from a very warm tone to neutral color to cool white. I installed in a 450lb liberty gun safe and The motion sensor activates when the door opens & light stays on as long as I keep moving. There’s a color indicator inside the motion sensor that’s red while charging and it turns green when the battery is fully charged.The adhesive on the back of the strip is strong. The strip itself is a soft rubbery silicone like material. The listing says special connectors are required to link severed sections but if you’re at all comfortable soldering you could actually cut it into several pieces & link it with teflon wire.I haven’t had it long enough to comment on the runtime but if it turns out to be shorter than claimed it should be easy to connect a higher capacity battery.Actually the simple solution if battery life turns out to be short is a 4 to 6 volt plug transformer or even a USB power supply.I think this is an excellent value at under $20.00 US because there’s so many ways it can be configured. I recommend this for a quick easy solution to illuminate a safe.

I have a very large gun safe. Was able to mount these LED lights using my staple gun. Has a motion sensor that picks up my door opening. Can chose the shade of color and brightness. Lights up the whole inside to see everything.

Perfect solution for what I need. Great amount of illumination. I couldn't run power and this rechargeable led strip fit the bill. Haven't had to recharge yet and it's been installed since I purchased. Would recommend.

Used for my closet. Easy install around the inside perimeter of the closet. Love that I can recharge the unit with USB. I had a battery operated one before and it went through batteries fast. I have to charge it about once a month. It gives off a good amount of light. Please with the purchase.

Bought this to light up my gun safe. The installation screws and clips were useless. I used the hook side of a Velcro strip to stick to the adhesive on the light strip. Worked perfectly and made adjustments easy. Ordering a 2nd light for another safe

Bought one of these to help illuminate my top socket drawer of my tool box. Was able to adhere the light to 3/4 of the walls of the tool box and then keep the unit itself towards the back. Works awesome! The strip lighting has held up for a couple months now and the battery of the light lasts a pretty long time. Would recommend!

Well worth the money! Easy to install the display everything very nicely as well.

Bought one to use for a custom backlight on a mounted film still. Loved it! Ordered 2 more. 1 in the safe. And one in the linen closet! The wife absolutely loved the lighted closet. It's been there for months, and I have yet to charge it past the first time. Same for the one in the safe.I did not use the included clips for mounting, I used custom slip clips in my safe and normal romex Staples in the closet.

In effetti con un caricabatterie normale battetia ok e quindi anche la striscia led rifunziona normalmente. Quindi ATTENZIONE a cosa usate per x ricaricareEx ercensione, corretta sopraArrivato il 10 gennaio 2023. Ben funzionante faceva il suo dovere. Dal 23 gennaio, poco più di un mese di vita (e oltre la possibilità di renderlo) fa una luce estremamente fioca e non permette né di dimmerarla né di optare fra le diverse luminosità disponibili (calda <-> bianca). Ho provato a ricaricare la batteria ma niente.Dovrò buttare via tutto.Consigliare il prodotto? ....giudicate voi!!!!

Great for cupboard under the stairs lighting, only had to charge it a couple times in a year, final time it wouldn't charge at all, got one for a third of the price on T*** to replace it and seems to work just as well
