Q: what is the ph level of the shampoo?

All of our products are pH-balanced to produce the best results for your skin, scalp and hair. Our conditioner pH level is in the 3.0-4.0 range which is within the ideal level for your hair at 3.67.

Q: is this product safe for color-treated hair?

The product says it's color safe. I use it on my color. Mine fades over a period of 5 weeks anyway. It's a good product. My stylist told me to keep up with what I am doing with my hair. She said it feels great! :)

Q: Is this product suitable for african american relaxed or natural hair?

Yes, it is suitable for all hair types and styles. For the most benefit work conditioner into scalp and leave on for a few minutes before rinsing off.
