Definitely non-stick, so easy to clean.
So glad I purchased this set. Have only used a few times so far but, these are now my go to pans when I make omelettes and for frying any meat. No need for oil at all and everything moves freely around with out the use of spatulas and tongs etc. I have only had to use a sponge and detergent when washing up as there are no sticky marks or burns. Highly recommended!

These are really nice, they don't burn, I do use a medium heat (induction hob), the only downside is the screws in the lids keep coming loose which frustrates me but not enough not to buy
