Good for Scaredy Cat Bakers BUT.....
I prefer to see YIELDS before I start to measure ingredients. Too many years behind a desk in Home Economics classes. I found it is better to make small quantities until techniques are perfected then go for larger amounts. I actually made charts to accompany recipes that made it easier for beginners to judge quantity of yield. These recipes are excellent for beginners with a wide variety of choice....

a great selection of excellent bread recipes
This recipe book is quite complete with 10 Quick Bread recipes (including Blueberry Bread and Coconut Pumpkin Nut Bread, 10 White and Whole Wheat Yeast Breads (including French Baguettes and Honey Wheat Bread), 10 Bread Mixer Recipes (including Cinnamon Swirl Bread and Pepperoni Bread), 10 Rolls & Breadsticks Recipes (including Potato Rolls and Pull Apart Bacon Bread) and 10 "What to do with Bread Dough" recipes (including Chicken Braid and Pizza Stromboli). I would have preferred more pictures and some more precise formatting, but the recipes stand on their own and this book will most likely cover the majority of bread needs you might consider.

Good variety of sweet and savory recipes. Inadequate instructions.
This book has recipes with good ideas. The recipes are quite varied... sweet and savory. While the ingredients portion of the recipe are mostly presented well, the directions have gaps...Big gaps of information, in my opinion. The recipes do not tell you how many portions you get. If you are making rolls that is major mistake. If you end up making 9 or 15 instead of a dozen because your idea of a roll is bigger or smaller that the recipe writer, then you will produce burnt or uncooked rolls. How can you know how many items (like rolls or strombollis for instance) you are supposedly making if the recipe doesn't tell you?Another problem is telling the reader to use "a loaf pan". Well, what SIZE loaf pan? I need dimensions of the pan Ms. Mason. So not having pan size leads once again to under cooked or burnt results. If the author addresses these problems, then I would rate this book higher and recommend it to all cooks.

Bread Recipes Book-An Excellent Resource For Your Kitchen!
Excellent book of recipes for making homemade bread. I read a lot of Kindle books. One of the first things I look for with recipe books is an active table of contents (meaning that the chapter names can be clicked to go to the recipes). This book has an active table of contents. There are mouth watering images of homemade bread scattered throughout this book. As I was looking through this recipe book I found myself craving the feel of fresh bread on my palette with every image I viewed. This is a good Kindle book of bread recipes. I think it is well worth the little that it costs.

Lots of bread recipes to choose from
LOTS of recipes. Some sound really weird, and I doubt I will try all of them, but there are plenty in here to choose from. I wish there were more pictures included though. And the pics that are included are very small, for some reason.

Fantastic Bread Ideas!
I love carbs and I love this book! The author does a really good job at sharing some creative bread making ideas. I especially enjoyed making the "cranberry orange bread" and the "honey wheat bread". The book is perfectly organized and is great for both part-time and full-time bakers. Good buy!

Reminds me of my childhood
I was pleased to read this book because it reminds me of my childhood. Mum used to bake bread every Saturday and our home smelt like a bakery. This book is more than a "breadmaking" book as the author offers y a range of other bread based dishes you can try, for example Chicken Roll Ups and breadsticks! How cool is that! Am not sure if mum would find that amusing but there are enough traditional bread recipes which I know she would enjoy making. A good investment. Thank you.

As an avid lover of bread, I loved this one because it surpassed my expectations in the sense that I was expecting recipes for bread, but it's really a book for baking lovers in general! Cakes, rolls, bagels, sticks, there is something for everyone in there. And I also liked how the pictures look good and not cheaply made just to fill the blank spaces.

Not Good😕
Very simple, basic recipes; nothing new here EXCEPT for "bread in a bag" which actually made me say YUCK out loud it was that gross. Putting bread ingredients in a Ziploc bag and squeezing it repeatedly is not my idea of good baking. Wow!!! As if we don't ingest enough plastic already. 😏😕Give this one a miss if you are looking for a worthwhile bread collection. This was just a waste of time.
