It’s longest to wrap around trees with big trunk. It’s toughest too as there stretch with loads. I have use it to drag along a half ton load of metals, no trouble indeeed!

While I wish the strap was a little wider where it wraps around the tree, there is plenty of length to double or triple the amount of loops around the tree to decrease the pressure applied by each loop. It appears to be quite well-made: good quality nylon material and the triple-stitching seems very strong. I’d prefer a spring-gate carabiner to get away from the sharp edges you need to thread the straps through on these thread-lock carabiners but with some patience and care, I probably won’t wear through the strap (actually, I’m just going to replace the carabiners). Over-all, I’m quite happy with the purchase and would but then again.

These hammock straps are fantastic! They are extremely well-made, heavy-duty, and make setting up a hammock super quick and effortless without damaging any trees. The stitching is strong, and the multiple loops give you plenty of options to adjust the height and tension perfectly. They also come with a nice carrying bag. Excellent quality for the price—definitely a must-have for camping or relaxing outdoors. Highly recommended!
