An unusual table centerpiece, this hand painted, one-of-a-kind, abalone shell paper mache bowl would make a wonderful addition to a nautically inspired theme or a coffee table bowl for an artistic living room decor. The centre of the inside is the iridescent colors of mother of pearl while the edge represents a barnacle laden mollusk shell in greens, greys deep purple and pink. The colours repeat on the outside of bowl but the abstract art is totally different while remaining deep in the ocean. A work of functional art.
