Good pc,, correct specs and got the same pc as advertised. Fast shipping, speed and specs are decent and worth the price. Looks good, no problems, we just plugged it in and it worked perfectly fine

Received a damage CPU most probably from the way the driver handled my package. Originally asked for a refund but Amazon really took they're sweet time picking up the unit. DASEEN offered a exchange instead. It is indeed much faster. Guys from DASEEN are approachable and knows their product. Amazon pickup is the worse but seller's service are best.

The product specs matched with what was ordered. Speed is decent. However, the picture showed black case with colored leds. What I actually got was white case with white lights. When I contacted Daseen support, I was told that this would look good in dark and there was no stock of what was advertised. More over i was adviced that I can return it if I want. Never was the person apologetic for not meeting the expectations. Be aware of these things when you buy. You may get a surprise or shock that the actual product may be different from what was advertized.
