I own the DJI Phantom, DJI Mavic Pro 2 for work and now the DJI Mini 2 for personal use.I adore the Mini 2 which is fast making the other two redundant. Time will tell once lockdown is over.However, one of my concerns because of how small it is, is how close to the ground the propellers are.So these little ski's solve that problem. I was a little dubious about them at first. But having used them, they are great. They clip on easily, you can still easily access the power button.The skis stayed on great, even in high speed mode. Didn't notice any issues with stability.

These skis are great in terms of the concept- they add good height to the Mini 2 which not only helps take off from any ground but also negates the need to carry a foldable landing pad and the pegs. Another advantage, which I know from experience, is that if your drone crashes, these will protect the aircraft.These are not dark grey as shown in the product photos but very light grey. They fit easily and retain access to the drone's on/off button. The skis fold inwards for easy storage but you can't use the propellor strap then.The skis are really flimsy so handling with care is recommended. A bit more pressure in the opposite direction while unfolding and you will have one ski in each hand.I do think these are expensive for what they are and I do not have high hopes in terms of the longevity. But I reckon the flimsiness allows to keep the weight down of these skis.These will live in my drone bag and probbaly will come out when the ground is not suitable for take off.Hope you found this review helpful.

I bought this at the same time that I ordered my drone and I'm glad that I did.When taking off from grass, even fairly short fronds can interfere with the rotors and if the rotor hits one it will stop the craft from taking off. The Mini 2 sits very low on the ground, so this set of skids lift it just a little bit higher when it's at rest. Of course it isn't high enough to stop long grass from troubling the drone at take off but it does make a difference.However while you can fold the skids down and store the drone with the assembly still attached, you can't do that if you are going to use the storage protector that comes with the Fly More Combo. I just keep it in its box in the combo carrying bag and fit it if I need it.

It comes in package that makes it look like DJI made it , complete with the soft white plastic bag in a white cardboard box. Cost £10 which is a lot for a bit of molded plastic, but you are asking it to support and protect £300 worth of drone so by that measure it's still cheap enough.The two legs fold in to take up less space when stored and it holds the drone a few centimetres off the floor. This is useful if you want to land on grass or a dirt covered surface, keeping the camera and drone body from touching anything that might damage it.

a must for the mini2 - these keep the body of the aircraft off the ground and give the drone a sort of 'Star Trek' look. I cannot understand why DJI did not include such a vital bit of kit with the drone in the first place. if your new to drones this kit is essential to protect the drone when landing etc. a must have bit of kit in my opinion and very robust too. fits easily to the drone and folds down for easy storage. No faults or bad bits in my opinion!

This is a great product and a peace of mind insurance. It arrived smaller than expected, but it's a handy go-to accessory, to protect that precious aircraft we call a drone.

if you want to give your Mavic Mini 2 a little more height then its worth the money. It takes the blades further off the ground if you are using it on a uneven surface. It is easy to fit and remove. Be careful it doesn't take your drone over the 250g mark as you'll be limited to where you can fly it.

Nice little clip on landing gear, handy if you need to take off or land in sand or grass, was pleased how easy to clip on and off, folds up if you leave it on to pack away which helps,A little bit dull colour but yes I’d have to say handy helpful and worth the money.
