the sponge was too firm and when i wet it it had suds. i'm not sure that's what's supposed to happen when you wet sponges...

So I have bought this sponge from both amazon and the retailer’s website. Hands down my new favorite sponge. I keep a “wet” one and a “dry” one in my make up kit. Perfect for if you don’t have brushes on hand. I use when I have both. It was different at first... but I love it once I got used to it. It helps My makeup last longer, I use cover girl clean matte bb cream, both through out the day and the amount I use. I am now buying this and putting them as stocking stuffers. They are so affordable and my new go to sponge. Definitely better than the real techniques.

My new favorite makeup sponge for liquid foundation! I previously used the real techniques sponge but prefer this one hands down. This sponge soaks up almost no makeup and blends everything SO nicely. The price is also great, I will be ordering again and again!

I got these after I saw a few YouTubers try them out, I love them! I use them wet for my foundation and dry for setting powder. The price can’t be beat!

Wasn’t sure about how I liked these. Texture is good. Doesn’t absorb as much product as others Ive used. It took me a few times to practice to really enjoy them. It gives more coverage than ANY OTHERS I’ve tried! Now, their my go to!

I may have found the holy grail of makeup sponges (and I've tried several brands). Although the texture takes some getting used to, this sponge applies my concealer and powder so flawlessly and it gives my makeup a very smooth and natural finish. I use the sponge wet to apply both the concealer and powder. It is also very easy to clean. Love it! The only negative I will say is that I'm not entirely in love with the way it applies my foundation but I prefer a brush for foundation anyway so that part is not a huge deal for me.
