I highly recommend this product and use it every day; my dentist has said there's a noticeable positive change in my teeth. I also put a little bleach inside to help kill bacteria. For my uses I prefer the periodontics' head. The charge lasts a LONG time and over a year I think maybe I've charged it 4 times total. It has a nice pouch and I take it with me on short and long international travels; it is a regular part of my travel kit. It comes with plenty of heads that work for everyone's different needs and you can buy replacements, also.A year out it did stop working but the company gave me the opportunity of a refund or replacement. The whole process took less than a day of emails and I consider this excellent customer service.

Thank you so much!!!Original Review:Like the title states, this water flosser was perfect until it stopped working. It’s the only water flosser I saw that came with a carrying case and a container so I had to get it when I saw it!The flosser its self is a nice size and very powerful! It also came with a rubber band to hold the charger cord together and pockets inside the case to hold things in (SUPER HELPFUL FOR STORAGE AND TRAVEL.)It has 5 settings and I really only use the first one because of how powerful the pressure is on the others and loved using the different attachment heads but within 6 months of use the device will power on but won’t have any water come out to use the flosser. It’ll make nose like it wants to work but doesn’t. I’ve tried charging it but still nothing.

I really liked this one the first time I bought it. It worked great for over a year until it quit holding a charge. Considering how much I liked it and how relatively inexpensive it is, I decided to go ahead and purchase another one. This one started out working great just like the original one but now after about 2 months it has stopped pumping water. When you turn it on it just makes a whining beeping sound and nothing happens. I've tried doing everything I can and just seems stuck. Really irritating.Update: Great customer service! I received a replacement within a few days free of charge with zero hassle. As I stated previously I really do like this product. I use it daily, even when traveling, and it is a great little flosser, especially for the price. Combine that with the great customer service from a company that cares about customer satisfaction and I will absolutely continue to recommend this product. I'm giving only 4 stars for the inconvenience of needing to get a replacement, otherwise it would be 5.

I bought this flosser in 2022. It broke last week, in summer 2024, after 2 years, because I dropped it off the counter.It was 100 percent reliable the whole time I had it. It only needed to charge once a month at the most. I like how the tips swivel in any direction. It includes multiple tips and a very nice carrying case. It was easy to fill.I should have followed the instructions and learned how to disconnect the water tank to regularly clean it. In 2 years I never disconnected the tank and never cleaned it. So of course when it broke, I saw that there was some buildup of debris in the tank and in the little hose that moves the water. That's totally avoidable.I'm going to buy the same brand because I really did like this flosser. The company is still in business and they are still selling a similar model on Amazon. It looks like most of their newer models also have good ratings.For my new one, I'll make a new habit of emptying the water every few days and letting the tank dry out completely. This should head off the problem that I experienced with the debris building up in it.

1/3/23 First time I charged it and used it, I was impressed. Thorough cleaning, much better and easier than flossing. Before going away for two weeks, I charged it again and brought it with me. The first time I used it while I was away, it made a high pitched sound - other reviewers talked about this - and it went dead. When I got back home I charged it again. Nada - other than the high pitched sound. I am very disappointed.1/13/23 I decided to try buying another one, and to buy an additional warrantee (about $2.00) b/c my dental technician HAD told me it would really help my gums, and, as I wrote above, WHEN it worked, it worked great. So far so good. Additionally the sellers contacted me and provided me with a FULL REFUND for my original H20 flosser. If there are problems once it goes through several charges I will definitely report back. If you don't hear back, it is because all is well.2/23/23 Totally disappointing. My second flosser broke down in the same way that the first one did. Charged it for the second time and....crickets....high pitched sound and nada.I reread all the instructions, then I wrote the manufacturer saying, "What am I doing wrong?" All I got was a canned message and a refund. I WILL NOT BUY THIS AGAIN. I WILL TELL MY DENTIST ABOUT THIS AND ASK HER NOT TO RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO HER PATIENTS.

It worked great-I enjoyed the optional settings and it had a pretty good shelf life however a year later, I have to charge it every 2 days in order for it to work. The battery does not have a good shelf life as far as lifespan.
