Three lenses. No battery. The quality is super cheesey though. I would really suggest the Fujifilm equivalent. I ended up returning this.

Thank you for getting in touch. Only one lense is supplied with this camera.

Q: Does this camera come with the 3 lenses it mentions? (Fish eye, wide, portrait?) or just the one attached to the camera

They are adapters that attach to the fixed lens of the camera. The portrait lens is the fixed lens without any adapters. I would look at the Fujifilm though. It's less aesthetically pleasing but offers superior build and picture quality.
