No - it did not come in the blue box.

Q: Does she have a beanie body?

I bought the 12 inch Christening Huggums. She had a beanie bottom, polyester stuffed upper body. Her arms and legs were vinyl. I have also purchased the Huggums in a pink sleep suit. She had cloth arms and legs. I don’t remember if she had a beanie body.

Q: Does this doll have a cloth body?

The body is cloth but the head, arms, & legs are not. If you are looking for one for a baby, look at the Alexander "My First Baby Sweet Pea"
