Great
Fantastic. We now have 2 of these (1 for my partner too). Excellent quality audio. I run training courses which have moved online since Covid 19 and these headphones give very clear audio. They aren't quite good enough for professional level audio recordings, but for training courses over zoom they are very clear.

Easy to use.
Easy to use, lightweight headset, the sound is clear for both ends of conversation. Very handy mute button on a clip to attach to clothes, so you never lose it. I left the plastic wrap over the join of the usb plug and cable, as it seems very extended, and no rubber support around there as with some cables. The only real fault I've found with them, (my sister has the same headset, and says the same), after a couple of hours they begin to actually hurt your ears, strange as to begin with they are quite comfy.Edited to add --- Only a few days after writing this review I plugged the headset in as usual, and a bubble came up to tell me "One of the USB devices attached to the computer, has malfunctioned, and Windows does no recognize it". I can find absolutely NO support on line for the problem (other headphones still work ok). A forum has many people with the same problem, and Logitech will not post on there a solution to the problem, just tell every one to ring them. Well I'm about to ring Amazon instead and ask for a refund, seven weeks of use out of a 2 year warranty, not much satisfaction any more.

Good price for better than average quality
I have been chatting by voip for years and used many different headsets. For I have been convinced to Logitech high quality products for a low price, this time I bought the product from the same company too. The former headset I used was Logitech 120 - a cheap one. And this is the thing I'd like to compare with the Logitech clear chat headset.Clear chat: more heavy - what could be an advantage because you won't hang on for hours on calling. Very good sound for calling, but astonishingly worse quality for high quality music. Very robust and more reliable: you can use them for chatting and simultaneously listen to the music on the same computer, what was not possible by model 120. The microphone is not so oversensitive for any touch, what caused by your friend to whom you talk tremendous bad ear feeling. After ca. 8mths by the 120 model one of the connection wire broke. So the conclusion is: just perfect for chatting or human voice listening, not so good for high quality music.

fantastic
this is a great usb headset i used it for my german oral and it worked like a dream. I use it for both linux and windows, and i have no problem connecting with it, as one of the reviews was helpful to say, it has its own sound system, you just need to make sure you go to the volume properties and connect it through this to, if it doesnt do it automatically. also red button for on recording and off flashing for not recording. i found it had no echo through ubuntu and recorded a better quality, but i enjoy singing with the echo on in windows. It works with more than the instant messages etc that it says. I give this 5 stars because it is economical and also great to listen to, and i listen for hours to music, and have had no problem with comfort.

Value for money and good quality
Having used these for a couple of years now they are still doing the job well. I use them primarily for gaming but music quality is fairly decent. I regularly use the mic on Teamspeak and have no issues with that either. The main reason I bought these over a dedicated gaming headset was to be able to hear external noise when gaming (young kids, etc). The usb connection is worn but does still work. Overall I'm really pleased with the headset and how long it's lasted.
