3.5" DD2 720KB UnFormatted Floopy Disks Diskettes (10-Pack, Assorted Rainbow Colors)

I have too many old school computers but this fixed one that keeps me going. Thank you for selling a great product.

Alot of floppy disks, especially 3.5 inch disks are total junk, usually breaking within 3 days. These, however, are just perfect little disks, as they are very resilient. The only downside is the variety of colors. It has 3 blue disks, 3 red disks, 2 black disks, and only one yellow and green disks. It copies perfectly in my floppy drive. Thank you!

All 10 floppy disks were unable to be formatted. I was using windows 10 and an external floppy drive connected via usb. 7/10 floppies were unable to be formatted because they were write protected despite having the floppy switch set to allow writing. 3/10 floppies were unable to be formatted for unknown reasons just being prompted by the image above. I would rate this 0 if I could its a complete waste of money and a scam.

It shouldn't be often that you would need this older format of floppy disk. In my case I was trying to bring an old Macintosh computer back from the grave, and this is the only format of disk it can recognize. These allowed me to make a new set of startup disks and I did get the old computer working again. Yay!

I could not for the life of me figure out how the thing opens up, after messing with it for an hour i finally got it open and idk if its the reader i got for these, or the disks themselves but they did not work.

They look great and physically they are in good condition, but none of them work. You cannot format them at all and the error you receive implies that they’re past their shelf life. I’ve tried everything, they’re just duds. Not worth the price, even as a decoration.

I wanted 10 disks, and this had that. I suspected the case would be cracked, as a 'refurbished', and indeed the case was. But I wanted the disks not the case.

first up, the case came yucky, full of scratches and a tiny crack. no biggie, probably used i know what to expect.second, the disks i got looked way different from what was on the picture. i was expecting "assorted rainbow colors" and instead got just red, blue and black. again, no biggie. yellow aint my favorite color anyways.the biggie lies in the formatting, these disks are frustrating to format. the instructions that come with the disks are unusable, trying to format thru windows explorer crashed windows explorer and trying to format thru the dos prompt gave me an "invalid media or track 0 bad"heres what you have to do for these 720KB floppy disks. go to your command prompt and type in"format a: /T:80 /N:9". insert your disk into the drive and hit enter and enjoy :)apart from that im taking a star off because i didnt get my assorted rainbow colors
