These things WORK!
They are effective immediately and after about 2 nights you dont even feel them. They stopped my snoring completely immediately by opening my nostrils to allow lots of air to come through so I didnt revert to being a mouth breather from lack of oxygen. They last for years making them VERY cost effective. Highly recommend them.

Great Nose Vents
Once you find the correct fit, they play a roll in helping you breathe better. Great nose vents to aid in a good nights rest.

They work but I'm not a personal fan
Was under the impression that is could help me breathe better since I normally have a little stuffiness. I preferred the silicone ones. Even though the smallest size looked super small that's the one that got the best. I didn't like how much I had to fidget with them to get them in a position where I didn't hear wind whistle when breathing in. Once you get them in place, they are silent, but by that time my nose would get a bit runny from all the fidgeting I had to do. I also wake up once a night and usually had to remove them because my nose was a little runny and had to fidget with them before going back to sleep. Unfortunately this was all too much trouble. I did this for 2 separate nights and didn't feel it made a significant difference my sleep quality or how my body felt after rest.

Poor quality and uncomfortable
One out of the eight nasal dilators was usable. All of the vented ones are made of hard plastic and most of the sizes are way too small for any breathing relief. Don’t waste your money!

Not exactly as advertised
These should NOT be labeled simply "8 pcs" as if you are getting 8 nasal expanders. First, they have 2 parts that insert into each other (not sure why), and what you are getting are 4 very different sizes for different sized nostrils. So, you are really getting ONLY 1 device that actually works for you. The rest are superfluous. They should be labeled as a "Sizing Sampler" or something and you should be able to find your size and then buy a box of those, but they don't seem to be labeled in any way--I need the 2nd smallest, but there is no designation to differentiate, and as far as I can tell, no way to buy more of just the ones I need. Maybe someone else can post a link, if there is.

Nice set
I have year around allergies so my nose gets stuffed when I lay down to sleep. I was having sleeping issues with Fibro so I was sent to a sleep clinic and they gave me a cpap machine. I don't have sleep apnea so I didn't need a cpap for that. The cpap did help keep my nose clear so I could breathe through my nose instead of my mouth as I sleep. Long story shortened, I had a fire in my bedroom and everything on my bedside table melted which included my cpap machine. I wanted to try something different than a cpap for my sleep and through my searching I found anti-snore devices. I tried a different type and it was junk so I did another search. I found this set of multiple sizes and learned which size worked for me. I liked them so well I did a search to find multiples in the size I need. I like it better than the cpap because I don't have a hose to worry about. I have no idea how well it helps with snoring since I live alone and my cats aren't saying if I snore or not. Just a reminder, this is not a replacement for a cpap machine if you need one for sleep apnea.

Stopped stuffiness - don't know they are in - easy to put in - nice to have choice of size
used for stuffiess = works perfectly - fits easily and forget they are in nose - nice to have a choice of size - how do you clean them?

A reasonable tradeoff to Breathe Rite strips
These do the job well. They're a good alternative to the Breathe Rite nose strips, to keep your skin from becoming irritated due to prolonged, nightly contact with the adhesive. They're admittedly not quite as effective, because these open your lower nostrils whereas the strips open the upper airway by your nose bridge. I use these almost nightly, but trade out for the nose strips on occasion, when I want to get a little more air when I sleep. All in all, I recommend them and they certainly work, just not quite as well as the strips.
