I wish it was clear color instead of black all the time, but it proved to be very useful and surprisingly sturdy as well. It fits perfectly with regular cd jewel cases. I am just glad I bought it before it was sold out.

Exceeded expectations! These are magnifcent. They are NOT flimsy!! The plastic used is of a much better quality than what is normally found in a cd tray. They should last much longer than the standard hard, brittle plastic found in most cd trays/cases. Easy to pop in or out, swings open easily, perfect fit to case, and the "2cd" marking is a really nice plus. Lastly, buying these is more cost efficient than buying the same number of complete 2cd jewel cases. These are so good that I will no longer order 2cd jewel cases. I will buy singles and convert as necessary.

This product is excellent! I've spent too much on others. Converts a generic 3 piece jewel case into a double case with room for booklet and tray insert. Requires a bit of finesse and a light touch to avoid breakage during the changeover. I made a thin, stiff prying tool for this operation by snapping the end off a cheap pocket knife. Put your knife tip in a vise, look away and bend that sucker till it snaps. I copy my prized CDs onto CDR and save both discs with these.

Just as described in the listing and what I expected. Also, the company has clear, unassembled jewel cases and other CD/DVD packaging items. A vendor I'd been using for years decided to get out of the CD packaging supplies business. I produce short-run (<100) CD productions, so I'm glad I found this company.
