I love my wagon. It takes all my shopping from the car and makes it easy to do it in one trip! Best thing I ever bought to help me be independent when moving large amounts things at once.

I sent this to my mother and she simply loves it. She said that it has a good weight to it and easily maneuverable!

This wagon doesn't weight much, it's suprising how much this wagon can carry. This stores so easily when it's folded down, takes up very little space.

After moving into my high-rise apartment complex, I realized I would need a wagon or cart in order to get things like groceries up stairs without having to make 20 trips. It folds well and is quite maneuverable. The only complaint I have is that it’s hard to fully compress the item. Once you close the wagon by hand, it is pretty wide still. There is a Velcro strap that Has to reach around and go through another strap before you can pull it tight. This is not an easily accomplished task. Also, when it is closed the wheels do not work properly or well. Overall, I’d buy it again. Many of my neighbors have admired my purchase.

I mainly use folding wagons for hauling baseball gears on the weekends for my son's travel baseball tournaments. I don't place too much weight inside the wagon, andit is extremely roomy for all his gear plus a medium sized cooler.It was difficult to rate this (or any other) wagon since most of the wagongs on Amazon or in the stores are not made of the highest quality nowadays, I've tried a few other wagon's in this price range and they all seem to work fine if you are pulling them on a smooth surface. However, if you are trying to use them on a rougher terrain such as grass, sand and rocky roads, you will need to exert more energy which places pressure on the plastic handle and joints and the handle. If you use your wagons regularly, it's not a matter of if but when it will break. Take my word for it, 95% of the wagons on the market faces the same issues.So why am I giving this wagon 5 stars? I am a believer in that everything in life is relative. These wagons are not much better or worse than their competition. So, to give them a 2 star rating just because it broke wouldn't be fair. I am giving them 5 stars because their customer service was impeccable. They responded to my message the same day (on a weekend) and took care of my issues within 2-3 days.Too many companies promise the world before you make the purchase, but are nowhere to be found when things go wrong. When a company backs its products and focuses on customer service, it gives the customers a peace of mind. I would highly recommend Vivohome products based on their after sale service.
