Tough, sharp bits.
Amazon made me edit this review. Apparently I was too enthusiastic. Anyway, these bits are amazing. I drilled through 304 stainless, with ease. I even was able to make oval holes, by drilling two adjacent ones. It just ate through the metal like it was mild steel.

Sum'er teeth
Sum'er teeth are there and sum aren't. They seem to break easy especially when you just grip it and rip it. I like how easy it is to drill pilot hole and then 1/4 turn the blade on. They don't work on wood the way a normal hole saw does though. You can cut through a 3/4 plywood that your panel is mounted to. I wish it didn't have a rim like the Klien hole saw...

Excellent Cutters!
I had been using step drills to cut holes in stainless in a small part time fabrication business. These things have taken the work out of it. Step drills, be they cheap ones or high end, do not last long when used on stainless. The one size Greenlee cutter I use the most shows no sign of dulling after about 50 cuts. When using thes cutters, after the cut is complete the cutter will bottom against the ridge in the side. Allow the cutter to come to a stop in this position before withdrawing from the hole. Otherwise the cutout ejection spring will invariably snag on the side of the cut, be pulled off and will fly who knows where.

Works great for stainless steel
Never any problems with these bits and I use them on stainless steel all the time. A few people have problems with them breaking using a hand drill. If you are using these with the 645-011, the trick is to punch your pilot hole first without outer hole saw attachment. Most breaks happen when the outer hole saw first grabs the metal.
