Very easy install
This was very easy to install. It works great. It's awesome to be able to have a fan that's on a timer.

Needs neutral wire.....
Read the part carefully about needing a neutral (white return) wire in order to safely install this device. Most room on/off switch boxes do not have one, and such was my case. Otherwise, it would of probably worked well for the application I needed it for.

Easy to work
Used in a powder room. The buttons are easy for guests to understand. It replaced another brand where the buttons to push were triangular in shape and some found confusing

Love having a timer on my bathroom fan
Love having a timer on my bathroom fan. I get to set it and leave and not worry about leaving the fan on all day or not having the fan on long enough after showering. The only major draw back is that you cannot select the time amount without cycling through. But otherwise great product. easy to install. definitely worth it.

This switch works great because it uses a neutral and thus it doesn't ...
I wanted to have an auto shutoff on the new Panasonic fan I installed in the bathroom. That fan uses a DC motor inside and comes up to speed gradually. I'm guessing that's why I had trouble using a regular Luton electronic style countdown switch. I also tried an occupancy switch but that acted up as well. This switch works great because it uses a neutral and thus it doesn't care what the load is doing.

don't buy -- had 2 fail within 3 years
Why would these fail? I had two fail within 3 years. Don't buy this brand.
