I received the product today and already tried it! I’ve had posture issues for a long time. This is the most comfortable posture corrector I've tried so far! The material is stretchy but holds my position properly and it’s so easy to put on and adjust. The Velcro holds securely and it can be worn under clothing without being noticed by others. I had it on for 10 minutes as to build up to the healthy position. It’s comfortable to wear but anyone who has back issues due to bad posture would say that wearing a posture corrector is uncomfortable at first. That’s why I wasn’t sure how to rate the pain relief! It will not relieve pain right away...it will over time as it trains your back to eventually stand alone in the correct position!

If you are patient, it will work. One of the most important things to know about posture correctors is that they are not designed to be worn all day long. They are designed to train your muscles to readjust your back, not to completely replace your muscles. So if you think that wearing a posture corrector can magically fix your posture, please think twice. It will help you retrain your back muscles, but you must do the rest. You may feel uncomfortable at first, but after a few weeks you will notice that it becomes more comfortable and you won't feel you have it on.

I am a freelance worker and work at home, but my home computer desk settings and adjustments are not ergonomic adjustments. I have suffered from shoulder, neck and upper back pain for several months. The past few days have been very hot, but wearing it does not make me feel stuffy.My figure is a little smaller, I hope it is smaller. In any case, this is still a great product. It does what it is supposed to do. Note that i will not totally restrained you from slouching hence it will only serves as a reminder for you that you need to sit or stand properly. for that I really loved this product. It doesn't hurt my back and it is totally concealed.

It is pretty good, comfortable to wear and within a couple of days you get used to it. The design is good and the soft padding does not put much strain on your arms. I think using it for 2-3 hours a day is enough and you can gradually correct your posture. Don't expect your posture to be corrected in a few days, this process takes time.

My husband bought this to correct his posture and has worn in about 6 hours per day for 2 weeks. His initial feedback was that his lower back felt better but his upper back was hurting/sore. This happened after a week and due to his back readjusting. In the second week, the soreness in the upper back has reduced. I think this should be part of the expectations when treating back issues. He actually looks like he grew an inch because his posture has definitely improved :) Overall, he thinks it works as it is supposed to and is pleased thus far!

Used it for 2 hours everyday and i feel less stress in my neck and lower back also. Also improve my standing straight and sitting positions for work. Very good product indeed! Will continue using and recommend to friends at work.
