The seller was very thoughtful and included a transformer to insure that My product won’t get damaged seeing that this product only works on 120V and not 220V electricity. The product works as intended.

I had been using this mini iron for 5 minutes when it simply stopped working. Absolute waste of money, look elsewhere unless you want the same experience.

When this mini iron arrived it had an American plug on that is no good in uk .why wasn't this mentioned in the feed before I bought it and sending it back was a nightmare .I haven't a printer so had to send to a friend to print for me. sorry that's not on !What happened to the qr bar code that was much easier

As this item is on Amazon UK you would think it had a UK plug or at least warn you that it doesn’t. Had to sent it back and as going to Indianapolis in the USA, it was very expensive. If you are wanting to buy this item please double check the plug

Take care, does not have a 13amp plug so I was unable to use. The adapter I had to buy to use it also didn’t take the plug. I still haven’t been able to use it.

I can't use it as don't recognise plug. Still awaiting reply from seller to my question. Looking forward to using it as I am a keen quilter

A replacement for an older model. Still easy to use and easy on the hands. Very happy with it.
