VOX MINI3-G2IV 3W Mains/Battery Modelling Guitar Amplifier with Effects - Ivory Finish

I can't express enough how much I love this amplifier. I wanted something that was super small that I could keep set up at all times for when I want to pick up my guitar and play. I have much larger professional amplifiers, but I wanted something that sounded good and could be played without the whole process of setting up my larger amps. Not only does this look good and is very portable, but it sounds absolutely amazing. The built in onboard effects are basic but give you something fun to play with while just practicing or jamming. Being able to use this thing with batteries or with an AC adapter is a game changer. I got the white model and it looks amazing just set up in the corner of my living room at all times.Whether you're a seasoned player for someone just learning, this is really the perfect amplifier.

I love this little amp. I bought this one as a replacement for one that I had for years that finally gave up. They have upgraded some of the hardware and it seems a little more robust. Before I ordered the VOX again, I went out and bought a Boss Mini Katana. The clean tone was great, but it really has no features other than delay, which is fine for me because of the genres that I play. But I found that the Boss started repeatedly cutting out. It would overload and shut down, even at low volume. When I returned it, the salesperson mentioned that it was the third one that had that problem. So I went back and ordered the Vox, which I should have done in the first place. My Main selling points on this amp:Clean Tones are Great, dirty tones are fun, I guess, but not really my style.On board effects are limited and basic, but more than adequate.Great for jamming/accompanying an acoustic guitar whether it be a coffee shop or campfire.Highly recommended.
