These are really beautiful bracelets. Do they work? Hard to say. My mother always wore magnets for her arthritis. I can’t really say if it helps but I love how they the look, and it might help. What I didn’t like was after wearing one bracelet a whole week, everyday, taking it off and putting it on carefully the elastic snapped and the beads went flying. Thankfully I was in a small room and could retrieve the pieces to restring with better jewelry elastic.

So so and felt uncomfortable to wearing it overnight which it's such bothersome when I put my hand under pillow. Very uncomfortable.
