Very fun and educational. Many interesting recipes I've never heard of.. But what else would you expect from Lucky Peach?!

Exceptionally well-written book with great recipes and interesting readings on their history. If you're a fan of eggs or even just kitchen books, it is a must-have.

DEmasiada publicidad que se dio a traves de las redes a este libro cuando en realidad se limita alconocimineto basico del mundo de los huevos que ya se puede adquierir en muchos otros medios. Tal vez para un cicnero de casa o amateur está bien,pero a nivel profesional carece de mucho fundamento

Libro compatto (22x17cm in copertina rigida), completo ed esaustivo, con parti tecniche e scientifiche ben fatte e ricettario planetario (e con una ricetta di carbonara corretta, con guanciale e senza bacon o panna a riprova della serietà del lavoro); unico difetto che non ti aspetteresti, la veste grafica un pochino dimessa e priva di brillantezza, cosa assai insolita per le edizioni curate la Lucky Peach.Nel complesso, un libro ben fatto.

Egg lover extraordinaire - first impressions, there's a lot of egg info & the centre photos are hot of a 70's menu board. Exploring further the egg info is rather cute & interesting - old eggs fried are flat & new eggs fried are perp lol. The recipes are plentiful, interesting & some with a few ingrients & some with rather more than a few. Can't wait to try some of these out.
