These are ok , but I found they don’t sit right on my physique

It certainly isolates the Biceps. For the first time I really felt the elusive mind muscle connection to my Biceps. Rep's dramatically reduced but total isolation achieved. Comfortable enough to wear & quickly got used to the position of the arms in front of the body... only thing I'd suggest is increase the thickness & length of the neoprene neck pad.

This is a great addition to the gym. I used to have 1 years ago, however this is a better design, more comfortable and really isolates the muscle when training. Ordered and delivered within 2 days, great service too.
