Very nice product. Fits perfectly, Simple to install. The covering isn't OE but for the price its just fine. , Looks like the OE. Takes a phillips screwdriver, pair of pliers or needle nose pliers, and a flat head screwdriver to move the old pivot connection a tiny bit. Takes appox 10 minutes if you take your time. I had to swap the guts from my old armrest in order to get the latch to work. The latch on this new one didn't work AT ALL. Maybe I could have modified it by shaving down the catch, but it was easier to swap all the stuff from the old Factory BMW armrest.

The hinge fits and it looks fine, but the clip button that holds it closed does not latch closed. The spring in the hinge makes it pop open constantly which is inconvenient and not safe. Returned one and ordered a second identical from the seller figuring it was a defect, the second one was even worse... DO NOT BUY.

The cover material is very soft and the color is a nice gray but the arm rest doesn't stay closed. It opens up to the slightest touch and it gets annoying. They just have to upgrade the latch so it closes better
