Nice, but NOT 2.0 compatible as stated.
Super fast shipping. Nice product for the cost. I gave it 3 stars due to its INCORRECT and MISLEADING technical info. This usb extender is NOT 2.0 compatible. I excitedly attached them to the rear of my pc, which is why I got them, because I don't have many ports and cant reach behind the way its set up. I connected a brand new PNY 3.0, it popped up instantly. Then a 2.0 sandisk cruzer, also relatively new, and nothing. I tried multiple times.Pros~ Great item at a great cost, durable with fast transfer rate.Cons~ A little stiff to bend, definitely not backwards compatible with 2.0. devices.Summary~ I'm happy it works with my 3.0 drives and the info I provided above, though disappointed at the deceptive details of its capabilities.1/14/2019 - update. One cord stopped working after two weeks, even though they TRIED to resolve it, there was none. The other cable is still working fine. My guess, you have a 50% chance of getting a working cable. Thanks and have a blessed 2019 everyone!

Two Left Angle USB Cables
Very nice product that does what I wanted - a pair of low profile short USB extensions with the cable coming out perpendicular to the connection in the proper direction. A strong suggestion would a good photo of this Left Angle version to accurately show the orientation. There is a Right Angle version with such a photo that was opposite of my desire, so I had to make the assumption, thankfully correct, that this would be the opposite. And it would help to state very clearly in the item title and description that TWO cables, both Left Angle, are the purchased item. That’s what I wanted, so I’m very pleased.

Perfect for iMac! You want left angle, not right angle, for iMac
Cable works perfectly for an iMac to allow easy access to the USB ports. Apple should include at least one of these with the iMac, it is that good! And you want this left angle for the iMac. The right angle one will make the cable point up! The Amazon page shows an iMac in the stock photos for the Right Angle, which is not correct! This left angle does not show the iMac stock photo, so they made a mistake there.Backstory: I first bought the cheapest non-angled USB 3.0 extension cable I could find on the bay. It was blue, and had blue ends, but when I plugged in my SSD, my iMac reported it was running at USB 2.0 (480 Mb/s) speeds. Garbage. I sent it back. Bought this cable creation pack (I've purchased other cables from them in the past with good success) and presto, my USB 3 SSD is running at 5 Gb/s.I highly recommend this right angle cable, especially if you have an iMac.

Nice short cable for sewing machine
I bought this to use on my high end embroidery machine. It had been suggested that there was less wear and tear on the machine's USB port, if you left a cable such as this plugged into the machine and plugged your USBs in and out of this instead. This is a good length so that it rests on the table and the left angle keeps the cord close to the machine making it less likely to bump. Just what I was looking for!

GREAT way to get at iMac USB ports from the front
I use some USB devices (like flash drives and stuff) that need to be plugged and unplugged all the time, and I hate having to get up and try to feel my way around in the back of my giant iMac to do that. Enter this little thing! I got the 1-foot version (in pink because it was cheapest), and now I have a handy USB 3 Type A port just staring me in the face. Perfect! The one thing to keep in mind is whether you get the left or right angle version. For going UNDER the iMac (as I wanted), I chose the left angle. This lets the cord plug in and naturally drop right down under the iMac, so its short length is perfect and the cable doesn't have to make a U-turn. If you want it to go UP (like for a web cam or other thing you'd put on TOP of the iMac), you'd get the right angle version.
