As a 30 year ARMY Veteran, I bought this light to go on my 25 ft. pole to light my flag at night as directed in military regulations. When night dropped in, there was this very bright light showing the American Flag in all its glory. The light displays the flag to be seen in your yard after dark. It has an on/off switch if you have an extender flag pole and want to take it down in high winds. Either way, for a 15ft. radius around my flagpole, my light is bright and shows my flag. This light easily fits on the pole and you can still use the golde dome or the eagle to hold it in place. Execllent light for the price. I bought it!!

I purchased this and have been very happy with it, for the most part. It is easy to install and lights the flagpole at night without being too bright. It has survived many storms and has worked well. The only complaint I have is that it has become discolored and is now a not very attractive yellow.
