10 days in:Purchased 8/13/23. Had immediate sleep improvement. I fall asleep within a couple minutes and I stay asleep longer. Used to get up 2 to 3 times a night. Breathing is better too, I have mild sleep apnea. Can't stand anything on my face. Grounding mat has addressed that so far.For me personally, my feet are more receptive to grounding. Benefits noticed right away when using this on the floor under a desk or on my bed. It's working well and I'm looking into buying a fitted sheet.Per a recent doctor visit: No cure for osteoarthritis. Okay then!The conservative treatments recommended did not excite me, so I'm trying this.This five piece set has set me up for indoor earthing. It's warm right now, so I can go outside and find a grassy spot. This set however will set me up for working indoors and I can use it when I nap and sleep.Following the directions and testing my outlets and mat was easy. Slept soundly with this at the foot of my bed resting my feet on it.This universal mat is portable, versatile, and allows me to try it out in a variety of settings including travel .I'm looking to address insomnia, reduce inflammation, support mobility, and deal with arthritis in my left knee. I'm highly motivated for this to be successful. Everything in the kit worked properly and I'm enjoying tucking into the book.

I was so excited to get this and try it after researching grounding. I immediately notice pain relief in my feet and legs when I step in the grass barefoot, so I know it works. I hoped the mat would do the same, but it actually made the nerve pain worse. It took me a few days to figure out why it was flared up so bad and then I realized it was the mat. I was so disappointed, I badly wanted this to work. Then I did deeper research and found that with fibromyalgia that can happen and maybe in very small increments you can get your body used to it. Anyways, I’m giving it 4 stars because the company has amazing customer service and was very easy to deal with. They didn’t make me send it back either.

I recently purchased this Earthing grounding mat and, while I can’t yet speak to the long-term benefits of grounding, I wanted to ensure it was actually working as intended. To do that, I tested it with my multimeter. The results were reassuring, and I’ve included photos to demonstrate the results.In the first two photos, I tested the continuity of the cord using the resistance (Ω) setting rather than the typical continuity mode. This is because the cord includes a built-in 100 kΩ resistor for safety, which prevents it from showing continuity on most multimeters. By connecting one test lead to the cord’s ground pin and the other to the opposite end (snap piece) of the cord, the multimeter read 100 kΩ—exactly as expected. This confirmed the cord and adapter are functioning properly.The next set of photos demonstrates the mat’s ability to ground. Before touching the mat, I measured my body’s voltage at 4.5V. After placing my hand on the mat, the voltage dropped to 0.0V, showing the mat effectively neutralizes (grounds) the electrical charges within my body.The mat is well-made, easy to set up, and I’m looking forward to using it consistently to see the longer-term effects of grounding. I’ll update my review after some time to share any noticeable benefits. For now, I’m confident that this mat works as intended and would recommend it to anyone curious about grounding.
