Wash well before first use, especially the lid. Otherwise with repeated use the strange taste at the beginning disappears, and it’s one very impressive mug that’s very easy to clean.

Drink from the right side of the lid and you will have less issues
Haven't had any of the issues I've read about on the other reviews. I haven't it terribly long, but use it daily. It keeps my coffee warm for hours even when it got well below zero and it remained in my car. Also I tried drinking from the lock side of the lid and my wife laughed at me before admitting she did the same. 99% this is the majority of issues I had read about. Leaking from the side of the mouth and what not.

Very useful. But pls provide details on replacement lid as well
Very useful product. I like drinking warm water and the bottle keeps the water warm for few hours.The only drawback is the lid. I have been using this particular bottle since 2017 and it was only recently that the rubbery material covering the lid started peeling. I am unsure why this happened.But the trouble is finding a replacement for this lid. If anyone knows where a replacement lid can be purchased from pls let me know.
