Great for trips and daily use
I have been using this for my 2.5 year old son for about a year now and it holds up well. I've even run it through the dish washer with no issues. All reviews look great. I just wanted to add also nice for daily use when potty training. I never had the animal face one, just this one and it worked fine for young child. I was so tired of carrying around a portable toilet seat when going out of the house. For a boy, this really is perfect. My son prefers it so much, sometimes asks to use it even when home in the house vs his kids potty. I was told by a teacher, to try and not let him go peepee outside because then he'll be confused at school why he can't. So getting him in the habit of peeing into something is a good idea. And when in pubic bathrooms this is so much easier then having to use portable toilet seats and then disinfectant them. I've also used plastic bottles in an emergency, but this doesn't leak, absorbs odor better, and cleans easy where as the plastic bottle is gross and then needs to be tossed.

Ease of mind!
Okay, I’m a boy mom and if you have a son this is a MUST! Especially if you have a toddler who is in the middle of potty training or just finished training. My son is 2.5 years old. He is fully potty trained now. We do keep this in the car with us for those situations where he can’t hold it until we get home. We honestly bring this with us everywhere we go. To the mall, zoo, you name it.The lid is hard to open, we found it easier to use the lanyard to help pop open the lid.No leakage at all and definitely holds a lot of urine. The silicone lid that pops into the hole is secure. My son had fun using this portable potty. He preferred using this over the actual toilet in the beginning!Worth the buy for boy parents!

If you have a toddler boy, you need this!
We keep it in the car at all times for my 3yo. It's more convenient than finding a public restroom and more private than going on a tree. I just open his car door for privacy and he stands between the door and the car to use it. I have to hold it for him or it would be a mess. We've even used it at tball practice. I would choose this over a portapotty or a ball field bathroom any day.

Nice cup, wish the top was easier to open
I love this cup for my son but it is difficult to get the top open because of the latch. I don’t like the plug for the hole. It should be attached to the cup so that small kids won’t lose it. Otherwise, it does not leak and it’s very easy to clean.FYI, it also does not fit in regular size cup holders, it’s even too wide for the compartment on my SUV’s door.

Great for potty training and travel
Our toddler started doing #1 here once we started potty training. This is what actually did the trick! Now we use it on every car-ride/any trip!!! Also, if we’re out in the park, sometimes our son prefers to use this rather than sit on his portable potty! Love it! Definitely buy this, it was our lifesaver!
