Rainbow SandalsWomen's Single Layer Leather Sandal Narrow Strap

Buyer beware of the supposed lifetime warranty! My sandals were less than a year old when I noticed that the leather footbed was cracking. I sent pictures to Rainbow as they requested only to be told that it was not covered. They said the sandals cracked because of sand and water and allowing them to dry in the sun. Sand and water maybe involved on my normal use but not allowing them to dry in sunlight. I have another pair that has been worn the same way for over 3 years and I have no problem with them. I told them I believed these to be defective but the company refused to repair or replace them as the warranty promises. Maybe the problem is that they are now made in China. I will never purchase Rainbows again.Very dissapointed!!!

i had rainbow sandals for 6 years until they ripped. i remember the way they fit and how long it took to break in... these were were comfortable right when i got them (authentic ones take time to break in), smelled like chemicals, did not seem of quality of authentic rainbow sandals. additionally, the size i always order is a S, and the authentic ones fit perfectly but these fake ones are a little big. these could be great “dupes”, but definitely not authentic rainbows, so i don’t know how durable these would be. keep in mind that these are the same price as authentic ones though. also it’s crazy how there are so many good reviews when it’s fake—everyone else has been fooled. i RETURNED these because i was skeptical and got a pair from Nordstrom and they felt different. buyer beware!

Had "made in china" labelled all over the product (authentic Rainbows are American-made), reeked of cheap plastic (not leather), and the label was clearly a knock-off when compared to my authentic rainbows (different color and font). Totally disappointed because these were the same exact price as buying from the Rainbows website. I bought a men's pair at the same time as I bought these for myself, and they were even more of a cheap knock-off. Don't buy these! Better off buying a 99 cent pair of plastic flip-flops from Walmart or buying straight from the Rainbows site!

I was really disappointed in these. It was my first pair of Rainbow sandals and I decided to splurge and spend the extra money to get a pair. I was not happy. The first day that I wore them, my feet started hurting on the top from the straps rubbing. But then, I looked at the bottom of my feet and they were black. Super black. The black sandals had stained the bottoms of my feet. It didn't come off for a few days. I did put them on after walking in a creek but never wore them in the water. Maybe because my feet were a little wet, the color stained. Not sure. They were also very narrow. I was surprised how narrow. I wore them once and put them away. Now I know my feet are too wide for Rainbow sandals. For the amount I spent on these, it was not worth it.

Unfortunately this sandal was not a good fit for me. I ordered a women's size 11 and it fit more like a 10. The biggest issue however was the placement of the thong strap. It was set back so far on the sandal that it did on allow my foot to go forward all the way into the shoe. I had two inches of sandal in the front of the shoe but my heal hung off by half an inch or more. I do have large feet and finding shoes is usually difficult however I have never had a problem fitting into a size 11 sandal, from anywhere. Just not the right sandal for me. The quality looks and feels wonderful. I really wish they would have fit me properly. Three stars for quality. Minus two stars for fit

It's a great sandal; my sister bought me the dark brown version in 2009. I live in AZ and flip flops are basically worn like year round. I've ran in these, showered in them, and walked on the sandy beach and in the ocean.Finally in October 2018, one of the side straps came out.It lasted almost 10 years! Needed a replacement and bought these. They are just like my old ones-Super comfy and durable.Hoping that these will last just as long 🤞

This is my second pair of Rainbows in 10 years - I absolutely love them. I bought my first pair from a brick and mortar retailer, so I was a little hesitant to purchase the replacement pair online (also yes, they have a lifetime warranty but not for people who leave them out in a Florida downpour after wearing them for 8 years). However, I was delighted to receive legit Rainbows after ordering (and fast, too!).Like other reviewers, I too found them to be stiff but that's completely normal. They can be slightly painful at first; leaving a bit of a bruised feel on the top of your foot after the first 2 days of wearing them. But they soon loosen up and form to your special foot shape. I love these the most because they provide arch support for my flat duck feet, but don't hurt my arch in the process like some other shoes/flops.If you're not a pansy and can deal with a little discomfort at first and you want a quality pair of flippy floppys, buy them. They will treat you for years to come!

These are great if you have super narrow feet. I don't consider my feet wide and they don't fit at all in terms of width. I wore them on a 20 minute walk and had the worst blisters of my life. I've bought thick strap rainbows in the past and they fit perfectly, but these are just seriously narrow. Don't waste your money unless you have very narrow feet. They never stretched and 50 went in the trash. I give it 2 stars instead of 1 because I know the quality of these sandals are really good, its just the width that is unacceptable.

I think in the description it said the sizes run large, I got a L size for my size 9 ft and it fits very snug!

Long narrow feet?Then these are the things for you!I got the blue leather which have died the soles of my feet pretty blue - not a good look at friend’s homes...The upper is really soft and comfortable. Not sure how long lasting but i think irrelevant as the sole is pretty lightweight and not as tough as I remembered I think the sole will wear out by the 2nd Summer so I wouldn’t spend this kind of money again for that reason.Nostalgia for the re-used tyre soles a sigh

These are the single best flip flops I've ever owned. They didn't require any 'breaking in' and I didn't get the usual blisters from the straps. Totally worth the price.
