I got tired of mixing colors to get brown. This mixes well.

Perfect purple!
In the past I have desperately tried to create purple food dye by combining other colors, but it always ended up brown and ugly. I honestly didn't think there was purple dye available because I never could find it in the stores...To say I was thrilled to find this stuff is an understatement! It works amazingly well to make purple icing. Not much is needed so this should last me quite a while. My daughter was so exiting to (finally) see one of her favorite colors on her cake!
