Can I use it for electroplating/forming?

Not sure. This stuff is a very thick conductive paint. I use it to paint the cavities of electric guitars. It’s easier that copper foil and works the same.

Can It be used for electroforming/electroplating? I'm having a hard time finding any online.

No it is not used for electroplating

Can this be used in a microwave kiln?

Since this is conductive paint I'm thinking that sounds like a bad idea. But I've never tried it.
