IDUN Minerals is a Swedish beauty products company that emphasizes clean ingredients and sustainability. I can never say no to a good lip gloss, so after checking out their color range, I opted for Marleen, one of the darker hues. In general, their colors would work better for people with fairer skin and lighter coloring than mine, but I like Marleen. It's a subtle but unmistakable red that doesn't scream RED! in your face.The key ingredients include tocopheryl acetate -- vitamin E -- and rubus chamaemorus oil, derived from cloudberry seeds. Never having heard of cloudberry fruit, I had to research that, and learned that the plant grows in northern climates and adds a dose of vitamin C. Anyway, the idea of coating my lips with cloudberry fruit seed oil seems downright romantic."Highly pigmented for illusion of plump lips" -- well, more pigmented than some lip glosses, but I have yet to encounter any lip gloss that I would describe as highly pigmented. The gloss also doesn't seem to contain any lip plumping ingredients, and the IDUN Minerals website makes no plumping claims. I have been wearing the gloss on its own, and also on top of lipstick for extra shine.Although the gloss is promoted as fragrance-free, I detect a rose-like scent. Maybe that's the cloudberries? In any case, it adds a delectable dimension to a premium gloss product.

I'm not much of a lipstick type of woman, but I do enjoy a nice gloss from time to time. When I saw this lip gloss available from Vine, I requested it and here we are. This review is for: Idun Minerals - Lipgloss - Elevates Hydration - Wraps Lips In Nourishing Shine And Colour - Iridescent And Rich...I requested this in the PEARL option. I was looking for iridescence and less for color and it looked like Pearl would fit the bill. It's a bit pinker than it appeared in the product imaging, but I'm okay with it. It does also seem to moisturize my lips as well, which is no small thing during a New England winter.I was able to apply a coat to my bottom lip and then I rubbed my lips together and that seemed to do the trick-you don't need much of this, so it should last for quite a while. The gloss does come off easily when eating or drinking, but that's not unusual. Just be prepared to reapply often if you're doing one or the other.I like how this gloss looks, it's not too loud, which is how I like it. It stays on fairly well and it leaves my lips feeling moisturized. I couldn't ask for much more as the price is reasonable too. Overall, I'm pleased with this product.

This IDUN Minerals lip gloss in “Pink light” (labeled “Agnes”) is so pretty and one of the most comfortable formulas ever. It glides on so smoothly and isn’t sticky or tacky at all. It feels ultra hydrating to my dry lips and is also super gentle. So many glosses and lip products irritate my lips, but this feels soothing instead. This gloss doesn’t have any flavor or fragrance, and no ingredients stand out as irritants or health risks based on EWG’s rating system.I totally love this shade of pink. It’s lighter than my own pink lip color and is somewhat subdued, yet it still shows up as there’s some contrast to my natural lip color in that it’s shiny and has a hint of iridescent purple. It’s soft and feminine, and the light color accentuates my lips. The shade is surprisingly flattering even though my skin is pale with an olive hue. It’s really versatile in that it also compliments many colors in my wardrobe, including a grape purple shade nothing else looks good with. Love it. Made in Italy. 5 stars.

I ordered the shimmering brown, and it's very subtle, a tinge frosty, very moisturizing. I admired the companies mission and their conscious creating with their product. I have sort of an OCD issue where I need lip gloss on my lips 24 hours a day even when sleeping. It just drives me absolutely crazy when my lips are dry, and it's kind of like an addiction. I don't care, I'm doing it, and I feel more confident about this brand with their ingredients. Anyway, it's very moisturizing. I will put it on before bed because I'm weird, and I wake up and still feel moisture. No complaints here.
