Tastes good and doesn’t upset my sensitive stomach. Doesn’t mix so well - a few chunks are left - but the chunks actually taste delicious so win-win

THIS IS NOT THE ELEMENTAL DIET -IF YOU HAVE SIBO THIS IS NOT FOR YOU
FALSE ADVERTISING!! This is NOT the elemental diet. This product contains Xanthan Gum/milk (which causes intestinal gas and bloating -look it up.) When you get the package it has a small warning for how no one should use it as a meal replacement. Like if you’re just an average protein powder do not market your self as medicine. THE ELEMENTAL DIET IS A 14 DAY DIET WHERE YOU ONLY DRINK THE ELEMENTAL DIET and it keeps you alive and well. I DID 24 HOURS ON THIS POWDER AND FEEL HORRIBLE. IF I WOULDVE KEPT GOING UNDER THE ASSUMPTION THAT THIS WAS THE ELEMENTAL DIET (bc these sellers wanted to make money by claiming it was) I COULD HAVE HAD SERIOUS COMPLICATIONS. NOW I HAVE TO START OVER AND FIND THE REAL ONE. WORST PART IS I TOOK ALL MY TIME OFF FOR THIS DIET AND NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER ONE TO ARRIVE AND WILL BE BACK AT WORK ON MY LAST DAYS OF THE ELEMENTAL DIET. THIS IS DISGUSTING TO TRICK SICK PEOPLE WITH SOMETHING THAT WILL HARM THEM. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISGUSTED BY A COMPANY.

Very helpful for treating SIBO
I was recently diagnosed with SIBO, and have wanted to work on regaining strength and weight. This powder is easy to put in a smoothie. I began to feel better within the first 2 days. I plan to continue using it. I wish there was a wider flavor choice.

Not for SIBO!!
While it tasted great, and full of great vitamins, it made me nauseous. It’s not a bona fide SIBO elemental diet. I had been drinking a genuine elemental diet product for methane SIBO and ordered this one to finish my two weeks of treatment. But within minutes after drinking it, I felt very nauseous. Please don’t misrepresent your product as a SIBO treatment, because it isn’t.

Great Protein and won’t upset my stomach
Great protein. Tastes really good. Nice texture. I have ordered the chocolate one in the past and really liked it, so I thought the Vanilla would be as good as the chocolate, and no doubt. I am really happy with this protein. Is gut friendly and don’t upset my stomach. I have IBS so getting a protein that wasn’t going to make me sick was important.

This is the most overpriced protein powder I have ever seen. For a 50g serving it comes out to around $10/serving. Ridiculous!! I have supplemented with protein powders for 30 yrs, and only tried this because it was recommended by my nutritionist for FODMAP (gut) purposes. Most protein powders I pay $40-$50 for come with 30 servings or so and I had no idea this scam product only comes with 4 or 5 servings 🤦🏼♂️The ingredients are nothing special totally avg. You get the same thing with Isopure whey protein and many others, for a fraction of the price. DO NOT BUY THIS it’s a rip off.
