Straight cuts without the cost of a tracksaw
I wanted an upgrade to my basic saw guide and specifically something to rip 8’ sheets without committing to an expensive tracksaw. This system works well & for the price I am very happy. The quality is good and I especially like the clamping system. I think the package is a good value and comparing it to my Kreg guides they are of similar quality. My not so favorite things… 1. I would have liked the blade to align with the edge of the guide… it’s offset, so I made spacer blocks to easily align it to my cut marks. You could calculate the adjustment and just mark there… but I like to see that my cut is on the line. 2. The sections screw together… there is wiggle room, so you need to make sure it is aligned properly when you connect them. I would have also preferred torx head screws, the Phillips heads provided feel like they will strip and slip over time. A quick connect/self aligning system would have been great. 3. Less wiggle between the guide and the saw mounting plate. It’s simple enough to use some skill to keep the saw plate a consistent angle/pressure against the guide for a straight cut… but if you’re not aware/careful the cut will not be straight. It’s not as precise as a tracksaw for sure, but it’s a fraction of the cost and for most woodworking projects the material will have a much greater variance IMO.

piece of junk saw adapter
After taking more then 20 mins to get saw adapter plate installed, it would still move around and you couldnt trust it to cut where you had it setup to go. Just all plastic attachment points so if you tightened them down, they just flexed and never really did secure the saw in any sort of confident manner. Better off just using the strait clamps as an edge guide and run your saw like that, at least that would be trustworthy.

Broken pieces
When I opened the box, 2 of the great plastic locking mechanisms were broken. I fixed them with super glue. It takes a little bit longer than I thought it would to set it up just for 1 cut. I can see the value when you cut over 6', but up to that distance, a level and 2 clamps are quite a bit cheaper. However, it does make for a perfectly straight cut line. 3/5 stars.

Verify the track is straight before use
I tightly assembled the track pieces, however, the first few pieces of beadboard that I cut had a bow in them. I realized that the track is not straight if only assembled tightly, with no gaps between the track pieces. I had to use a square in order to make sure the track was straight.

Remarkably un straight straight edge; deflection makes the long "straight" unusable.
I like the concept of this device. Turns your circular saw into a track saw.Unfortunately the execution means it is worse that just using a piece of plywood with a factory edge as a straight edge, if you need something close to straight. There is a tremendous amount of deflection OR maybe it just isn't straight to being with.Don’t waste your money. This is sad because usually Bora makes good stuff.

The cheapest way seems to cost you more
I have to say the 2 foot track and 50 inch track worked will, but when I used the extension for 102 track , was not impressed, don’t get me wrong it’s a great concept considering your trying to save a few bucks. But the problem is once the track is connected , it does line up with my pencil marks, this track should have been a solid piece of aluminum, heck it would have been cheaper if I would have bought a 8 ft level , so I hind sight I am just going to bite the bullet and buy a 600.00 Track saw kit . Just wanted to let someone else know if your on the fence on buying a track saw

They Help Make the Cut
Bought these on Prime Day. It is nice that they have measurement markings. However, if I had to do it again, I would look for NGX as it seems to have more attachments. Looking at the reviews on YouTube it is clear that the NGX is easier/faster to attach. Also, it feels like Bora is promoting the NGX line more and the WTX is on the obsolete side.Still the WTX is a good buy wen discounted.

Don’t buy it
The saw sled is difficult to set up and the long tracks are cumbersome to join and The set that I received did not connect to produce a straight line
