again it was like not even showing the device on my Ipad
Received today and tried 4 SDcards that work in my Sony DSLR camera. This connector didn't even show on my Ipad air no matter how many times I tried to get it connected. I then tried the usb connection to camera. My camera saw the usb cord but no connection. again it was like not even showing the device on my Ipad. Sent back to Amazon. Amazon needs to start looking at the quality of some of the stuff they are selling. I guess you get what you pay for. Tomorrow I go to the Apple store and get a real connector.

I bought this to use while on vacation so I ...
I bought this to use while on vacation so I could download my pictures every day. It broke the second time I used it and I was left with no way to get my pictures off my camera. When I received it I could tell it was cheaply made but thought it would last more than 2 uses.

Doesn't do what I wanted it for
Kind of wasted my money here won't transfer files from the phone to a USB drive which is what I purchased this item for.
