Just started suffering from plantar fasciitis right at the back of the bottom of my heel, so it is unbearable to put any weight on it. Decided to give these a try but they are actually aggravating rather than helping it. I suffer with pain and pressure on my heels all the time and these have done the job. They're quite uncomfortable at first but you get used to it very quickly. I have nike pegasus 35 and they dont actually fit in them due to height of trainer so not the heels fault. Definitely recommended if you have similar problems. Tho I may have to buy more as it's a becoming a pain taking them in and out all the time to put in my other shoes, slippers and trainers.

I have recently become affected with Plantar Faciitis and my right heel has been particularly painful. With so many heel supports available it was difficult to make an informed choice.
