Very tasty!
These meals are really handy for my lunch at work. I just add vegetables and heat it up. They are much tastier and more filling than I expected. The other flavours are just as good.

Shake that Weight casseroles may be a little pricey, but they are really delicious and full of rich flavour. I like the vacuum pouch approach as it does not damage in transit.
