waste of money. Pathetic and Insensitive customer service.
The cam stopped working a month after I purchased it. I immediately reported the issue to their customer service, who agreed to replace the product. It’s been 3 months now and I still haven’t received the replacement. After sending 42 email reminders, Owlet has still not shipped the product. At first it was their customer service at Germany who were dealing with my case, after a couple of months, they asked me to contact the local seller I. the UAE for the replacement. Their UAE seller hasn’t responded to my first 3 emails. Now they are saying it could take 2 more months to deliver it. What’s the point of buying such an expensive baby product, when my baby outgrows it by the time the replacement arrives. Strongly advise parents to stay away from this product and the company.

Highly recommended!
The owlet camera and sock is fantastic. As new parents it provides the reassurance you need whilst your baby sleeps and gives you peace of mind. The app is easy to use and is available on iPhone & iPad. Great purchase would definitely recommend to all new parents.
