Have to exchange, will recommend not to buy

I was very excited for this water rack as I was trying to decluter and save space. The rack is very sturdy and holds the 5gal well, however I’m a little sad, and unsure if I will keep it or return it. The water jugs are leaking slowly since my jugs are not sealed all the way. My jugs are from a water store so the lids are twist off. I tried replacing the lids on the jugs and wasn’t successful. So if I can’t use it I will probably have to return it. This rack only works if your water is shipped/sealed from a water company like Alhambra.

The nice rack gently cradles our jugs. I assembled so the jugs point up slightly. Others may prefer their jugs pointed slightly down. Either way, they look great.

The stand is great, and it works well. Only four stars because in order to store re-usable containers, I had to purchase those with screw caps (American made has worked well).For a company that gets new jugs as part of a service, this would be great. For the individual re-filling, I would recommend not going side storage unless your willing to buy containers less likely to leak. Overall a great product!

This is a contemporary, thin yet strong, black metal rack with a nice finish. We returned the first rack as all the screw holes were slightly smaller than the screws. We were unable to turn any of the screws (with tiny Allen wrench provided) more than 2 threads as none would go in further. We returned the defective unit to Amazon & received a replacement rack the next day. The assembly was easy & everything fit.

I had one screw that had issues threading but not too bad. Directions were vague and out of order but it was still quite easy to assemble. Very sturdy, fits right into the corner by my dispenser. Im happy with my purchase .
