Great and perfect fit for my HP 14-ak013dx model. Was easier than I thought.

Retired my HP chromebook 14 to my daughter for school use. She dropped it getting of the bus. Through some basic troubleshooting, we discovered the chromebook still worked perfectly. The display however did not come on. Ordered this screen replacement, got it installed in less than 20 minutes, the chromebook is back in action.

As an it professional, I am the computer guy for my family. I made my in-laws switch to Chromebooks about a year ago. One of the HP Chromebooks 14' G4 suddenly had half of its screen off. After many research I understood the screen was 30 pin and bottom right. I took a gamble and it worked. Since I had two of the same Chromebooks, I can honestly say the new screen is better. I like the shiny black. Just my preference I guess.

Absolutely great company. Ordered on Saturday said arrival would be on Wednesday (came today on Monday).This was for my HP Chromebook 14 ak013dx. Repair took me 10 minutes, mostly popping the plastic off. Slid the connecter in and tried screen, bang! Back to life.One strange thing that scared after install was how the screen cover had this dotted watermark on it in a square on the left corner. I thought oh well must be a display glitch. Then I peeled it off and oh my gosh a sigh of relief that it was just on the plastic cover.Once again thanks for the great product and service.

Shipped without a delay and was securely packaged. Exact replacement for broken HP Chromebook 14 screen. Took my 11 year old son and me less than 15 minutes to replace. The only reason I deducted a star is because I think the seller should provide a link to a video that shows the replacement procedure (plenty of them are available on YouTube). No dead pixels. Very satisfied.
