Since I've started using this log book things are so much easier to manage. Now i don't worry about forgetting the doses or timings. I definitely recommend this book if you have a few of the medicine throughout the day.

With someone who suffers with fibromyalgia and other medical conditions i have to take numerous tablets so this helps me keep track of what ive taken and when, and such good value for money

This product met our needs perfectly because it organized a complex medication program in a simple manner and provided confidence that all medications had been taken with the check off boxes. The regular daily pill dispensing boxes that one can buy wouldn’t work in this situation. The program involved different daily frequencies and requirements for an empty stomach, with food or it doesn’t matter, which dictated the time of day. As well, the log book allows one to make notes which is important when the medication program is being adjusted frequently based on test results. The history is all there for reference when asked questions by medical staff. Good layout and perfect size. Would I buy it again? I truly hope that I don’t have to buy it again, lol. However, if required, I wouldn’t hesitate.
