Im an aircraft technician I can tell you that you won’t find a better bit than these I’ve used them all. They grip fantastic.

Crazy to review bits, right? But these are THE bit. My retired carpenter husband couldn't find these locally so I hunted them down. They grab, don't strip. Worth their weight!

I ued apex bits in the 60' and they set the standard then. All other bits are trash in my book. Apex are true to size, strong and long lasting.

If you are looking for a Phillips bit that will take any cheap or expensive (hold and not chip or bend)screw, look no further.With 20 years of screwing and unscrewing thing, i have encountered cheaply made screws that strip with other major manufacturers bits, this one i find my self using the most, especially if the other bit already caused damage. The only down side is that they break from time to time.

These are the best bits when you need a bit that bites good and does not slip. I use them to remove screws that tighten over time on aircraft. Using these with the clutch feature of my drill, I’ve been able to get screws out that don’t want to come out.
